Job Purpose: Customer service for the Netherlands


Responsible for:
-       Optimal customer service by means of demand

-       Fluently purchase order processing in cooperation with other internal departments, e.g. logistics

-       Maintenance of customer master data and project data in the IT system

-       Optimal support of field representative and key account manager for achieving turnover and sales     figures

-       Price approval according to internal guidelines

-       Compliance with SOX guidelines

 
Qualifications:

    -    Commercial education 

    -    Experience in sales office – as possible in customer service center, familiarity with branch

    -    SAP, PC experience

    -    Fluently foreign language (Dutch+English)
